Join us for this program of Argentinean music ranging from traditional tango for dancers to modern classics by Piazzolla, including some original tango chamber works. The duo of Ben Thomas on bandoneón (Austin based Atlas Tango Project) and Gabe Hall Rodrigues on piano come to us from Seattle where they currently perform for dancers and concert audiences. Their music combines the passion, lyricism and rhythmic energy that makes tango so beloved around the world.
