Teatro Dallas

Established in 1985, Teatro Dallas is focused on producing international theater through the Latino experience, principally in English. We stage children and adult productions of both classical and contemporary international and US playwrights with a global orientation, and produce works in a variety of genres, expanding the definition of theater to include visual, musical, spoken word, performance art, and other cutting edge artistic expression that deal with the personal, familial, social and political human condition.

Besides its seasonal productions, hosts the International Performance Festival, the first one of its kind in the Southwest. Additionally, Teatro Dallas presents a series of free events throughout Dallas, called Co-LAB. These events feature collaboration between audiences and performers and we welcome all to attend and participate!
