Handling Fees

In order to provide the best possible customer service and advanced technology for ticketed events all over North Texas, TicketDFW charges handling fees for purchases. These one-time, per-ticket fees vary based on ticket price and presenter. As ticket sales alone do not cover the majority of operating costs, these fees help pay for:

• TicketDFW Staff
• Customer Service and Sales Support
• Continued Industry Training
• Website Maintenance
• Ticket Printing and Mailing
• Computers, Software, Internet and Printers
• Payment Processing Fees

When applicable, Texas State Sales and Use Tax is included in the ticket price unless otherwise noted.
