Summer Strings Concert from The Orchestra of New Spain

Overview

Masking and social distancing required of all audience members throughout the evening.

Artistic Director Grover Wilkins will conduct the Summer Strings of the Orchestra in a broader ‘comfort’ repertory than usual, with works of Purcell, Geminiani and Boccherini, Mozart and Holst, and a trio of overtures of 19th c. Spanish Zarzuelas. Social distancing, masking and other recommended local requirements will be respected, audience members being seated in alternating rows with lateral separation between groups. Sanitizing stations will be available.
