Each venue, arts organization, presenter and production has unique circumstances and the Covid-19 safety policies and requirements may vary as each art form is unique and strategies may be adjusted to meet the mechanics of that program.
Ticket buyers should reach out to the venue, arts organization or presenting organization for specific policies regarding sanitation, social distancing and safety protocols that will be in place.
Follow entrance, seating and exiting instructions.
If you do not feel well, or have COVID-19 symptoms or exposure, please stay home.
Treat patrons, artists and staff with patience and respect.
TICKETDFW encourages arts organizations and presenters themselves to develop thoughtful strategies and follow best practices to keep everyone as safe as possible during casting, rehearsals, set building and tear-down and performances
When box office services are contracted and provided by TicketDFW, staff will:
Wear face masks at all times
Adhere to venue policies
Offer touch free payment and electronic ticketing options
All sales are final; there are no refunds of tickets or fees for reasons including, but not limited to, a postponed event, quality of event or seat location. Due to the nature of theatrical bookings and live entertainment, dates, times, performers and schedules are subject to change. Event presenters reserve the right to present a substitution for productions or performers.
Tickets may be subject to or include facility preservation fees and convenience fees.
Ticket prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
Where applicable, sales tax is included in the ticket purchase price; however, the presenting organization may be a nonprofit organization and exempt from collecting Texas state sales taxes on amusement services. Exemption or inclusion of sales tax is noted on the event ticket.
By completing a transaction or creating an account, you agree to receive e-mail communications from TicketDFW and the presenting organization of the event(s) purchased. If you do not wish to receive communications via e-mail you will be presented with an option to unsubscribe.
When allowable, tickets may be exchanged to another performance of the same production for an additional per ticket fee of $10.
Ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
Any exchanges to a premium performance or section may incur an upcharge, separate from the per ticket exchange fee, that is due at the time of processing.
In the event a performance is rescheduled, original tickets will be honored for the new date unless otherwise noted in official communications from TicketDFW.
Tickets are only valid for the performance listed on the ticket.
Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission.
Admission tickets are a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon the refunding of the purchase price.
Performances, including outdoor events, are performed rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, an event may be delayed until conditions are safe for patrons and performers.
Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the event for which tickets are issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event.
Latecomers may not be able to take their seats immediately on arrival. They will be seated at the appropriate interval in the performance.
By entering event premises, you are consenting to being filmed and/or captured in photographs which may be used for public relations and marketing materials.
TicketDFW prohibits the reselling of tickets through third party sellers or markets.
Tickets found to be advertised for resale may be invalidated, with the purchase price refunded to the original purchaser.
Patrons attempting to use these invalidated tickets will not be admitted to events without purchasing a valid ticket through TicketDFW.
